What You’ll Do

 The RK Field Trainer is responsible for providing training support to all Vessels within a specified MSA (territory) to develop unrivaled culture and talent for Reef. You will provide field training support which includes the coordination, facilitation, and delivery of training programs. You will also provide effective training support to build operator capability and drive consistent execution of our talent and culture systems; You will utilize tools, and processes; including, but not limited to, certifications, new program initiatives, calendar and new restaurant team training programs.  If you have excellent leadership qualities and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’ve got an RK Field Trainer role just for you!

Spearhead Training Programs

Ø  Plan and deliver standards, systems, processes, and tools training to maximize business goals

Ø  Complete training needs and assessments during field visits to identify knowledge, skills, and/or ability gaps

Ø  Facilitate necessary program training by DMA, including participation in World Class Operations & Association meetings to achieve a high level of productivity

 Manage Internally & Externally 

Ø  Drive clients' awareness of training completion rates and partner on a plan to achieve brand standards

Ø  Evaluate the effectiveness of training to improve the process and achieve a higher service rate

Ø  Implement logistical support for Field Training Classes to improve system usage

What We Want From You:

Ø  1-3 years training experience preferred
Must be highly proactive and results driven

Ø  Must have experience opening new restaurants

Ø  Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Ø  Ability to coach and influence others

Ø  Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on organizational and time management aptitude

Ø  Ability to Multi-task in a variety of situations and develop solutions to issues
Restaurant operations know how, including an understanding of restaurant information systems, is preferred
